Save Your Receipt!

Requirements for Returns:

• Original Sales Receipt
• Hennepin Tech Student ID or valid issued photo ID
• Merchandise must be in the original condition as purchased
• Returns for late start courses, a copy of your schedule which identifies registration in a late-start class.

Course Material Returns

Course materials are returnable the first two (2) weeks of the current semester or one (1) week after a late start course begins, whichever is later. Course materials for courses meeting two(2) weeks or less are non-returnable.

General Merchandise Returns

Students may receive a full refund on General Merchandise within 2 weeks from purchase date.

Approved refunds with purchases made by credit card, financial aid or a funding agency will be credited to the same account from which they were drawn. Approved refunds with purchase by cash or check, will be issued a check.

The following items are non-returnable:

• On Sale or clearance merchandise
• Any course packets
• Opened plastic wrapped or blister packed merchandise
• Special orders or “prepaid orders”
• Art supplies, medical supplies or custom kits
• Selected electronic accessories
• Metro Transit Pass
• Candy, Food or other consumable

The Bookstore reserves the right to determine the salability of the merchandise. Defective items will be replaced with exact merchandise or a substitute item at discretion of manager.
